More about the VR7 GRP kiosk:
The VR7 is a deep double door floor-standing GRP kiosk measuring 1095mm wide, 680mm deep and 1320mm high — the extra depth gives a roomy 1070mm x 570mm internal area for bulkier equipment, with an 865mm x 1085mm door opening and a 920mm x 1070mm 18mm ply backboard as standard.
What is the VR7 kiosk used for?
The generous depth suits packaged water booster sets and pumping-station control panels, larger electrical distribution and control gear, and gas governor equipment that needs room behind the door. GRP’s non-conductive, watertight construction is ideal for wet and below-ground-adjacent water assets.
How secure is the VR7?
The twin doors have four stainless steel hinges, two shoot bolts, a Yale-type lock and a compression seal as standard.
Will it stand up to the weather?
Yes — GRP is UV-stable, weatherproof and corrosion-free, so the VR7 needs minimal maintenance on exposed water and utility sites.
What colours does the VR7 come in?
Green (BS 14-C-39) or grey as standard — British Standard references, not RAL — with any custom colour to a BS or RAL reference on request. See our guides to British Standard colours and RAL colours.
